Two miles of flowy and fun trail in the heart of San Gabriel Park. Expect wide tread, nice views and lots of fun.
This trail was created to maximize river views and take advantage of the natural terrain. The trail switchbacks up the slope of the land and can be ridden both ways. Wide tread allows for multiple lines and the bench cut sections are fun and flowy. Look for "Real Rock" on the top section, it's rideable both ways and definitely a challenge.
Pops on and off the San Gabriel river paved path. Fairly mellow trail but there are some rock drops or step-ups depending on direction.
GTF took the existing single track in this section and made it better. Cleared sightline to make it safer, added rock bottom to the big drainage g-out and benched some other sections. There's a fun little stump jump at the north end of this trail.
